Organize a tourist excursion in France… .this was the challenge offered by the Post Office when I was 14… challenge taken up with a cruise project on the canals of Burgundy and rewarded with a sum which allowed me to discover Arles and Provence in backpack.
But above all, the passion for tourism has registered, and has never wavered. The desire to tell stories, to discover France, its culture, its landscapes. This desire to transmit to our hosts was first materialized by the guidance. Then the opportunity to propose, prepare and set to music these discoveries arose within transglobe which is a bit my second home.
Today, the ever-increasing expectations of our customers renew the challenge every day. So welcome to our place!
Born in Switzerland, I settled on the French Riviera for my studies and then found a family. I am now part of the ‘old guard’ at transglobe with almost 15 years on the clock, project manager then administrative manager. “Azurean” convinced, I enjoy life in this unique setting for the sea, the sun and this very special light. I also own a mare, and the Vence hinterland has over the years become my favorite playground for horse riding, cycling or walking, almost always with the azure blue line target.
.A German nationality, I have arrived on the French Riviera 20 years ago. My travels in France have allowed me to discover various regions: the Atlantic coast around Biarritz, Arcachon and Brittany, big cities like Toulouse and Paris, Périgord and Provence. A rich experience, which has contributed to a better understanding of the culture, mentality and lifestyle of French people. Finally I settled near Nice to be able to take advantage of the assets of this region: the mild climate, the proximity between sea and mountains, the charm of its cities and the cultural diversity throughout the year such as music festivals, theater and opera. I worked for a long time in European commerce, then in tourism in Nice and it is with pleasure that I integrate my skills in my mission at transglobe. I have been part of the Transglobe team since 2017, but to tell the truth, the story begins already long before with my internship at Transglobe in 2013. After having visited France several times (Normandy, Brittany, Alsace, Ardèche) since my childhood , love at first sight was immediate after my internship in the region around the hinterland of the Côte d’Azur. Today, organizing our group trips across France and at each opportunity to explore other French regions is a passion. During my free time, I appreciate good manners: a walk on the market and the preparation of fresh products afterwards. What I like best is the variety of landscape between sea and mountain where I practice my new hobby: climbing.
